How to inspect a flat / room with MER in 3 steps

Step 1. You check all rental advertisements posted on websites / Facebook and select some of them which potentially fit your requirements

Step 2. Flat inspection

Send us the links of the flats you chose, pay the MER fee and we inspect them

What we inspect?

Flat: check if the online description and photos match the reality

Location: safety, connection of the neighbourhood

Tenants: general information about who is living in the flat

Host (landlord or the person who rents the flat on his behalf): personal documents / ownership of the flat

On complition of the inspection you receive the “Verification Report”, a document about all flats we checked with all details you ask for plus some more

Step 3. Contract advisory 

Once you choose the accommodation you like the most, we send you the “Rental Agreement”. To avoid every misunderstandings you will receive a document providing all main rental details, to be signed by you and the host. Thus you can reserve the flat by paying the deposit directly to the host
